Prior to joining Sinolytics, Shengyi worked in international development, focusing on policy analysis and stakeholder engagement through roles at the Clinton Health Access Initiative and the Infectious Disease Alliance. She holds a dual Master’s degree in Public Policy from Sciences Po and the Hertie School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and German Studies from Emory University.
