Associate

Xuanzhen Zhang, Associate, has a strong academic and professional background in policy research and international affairs. His work focuses on China’s regulatory landscape for AI and the corporate social credit system, as well as the intersection of business and policy in the automotive industry. Before joining Sinolytics, he gained hands-on experience in policy and innovation settings through internships at Baidu, the United Nations (UNODC and UNHCR), and Tesla.

Xuanzhen is currently a Master’s candidate in International Relations at Beijing Foreign Studies University. He holds an M.Sc. in International Migration and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He earned a B.A. with distinction in French and Francophone Studies, with a minor in Japanese Studies, from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
